Shipping & Returns
We offer Fast Free Delivery on all orders of min £50 to UK mainland (excluding highlands & islands).
We ship to the UK and all EU countries. We usually ship within a working day of receiving an order. Orders are usually received within 2-3 working days of dispatch (often sooner!), however, due to unexpected events such as weather or courier failures it can on occasions take 3-5 working days. If your order is dispatched by courier service a signature will be required on delivery.
The minimum order value is £20.
For any orders less than £50; UK mainland (excluding highlands & islands) there is a flat delivery fee of £5.
Parcels up to 2kg will be shipped with 1st Class Royal Mail or cheapest courier option, usually Hermes.
For any orders over 2kg, we use DPD Next Day Delivery service.

Dispatch days: Monday – Thursday
Delivery days: Tuesday – Friday
Orders will be dispatched for delivery on Mondays and Thursdays unless agreed otherwise. Frozen goods will arrive between 8 am and midday. We can arrange an earlier service (before 10:30 am or before 9 am). These incur a surcharge of £5 and £10 respectively. Unfortunately, Saturday deliveries are not possible.
Non-frozen goods will be sent on a next day service.
If your order hasn’t arrived between 8 am and 5 pm on the scheduled day of delivery, please contact us immediately after the passed delivery time.
If we are out of stock, we will let you know and will arrange to send the goods as soon as they are available.
Signing & checking deliveries
Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition and the correct quantity or weight as ordered. Our priority is to make sure that all our goods reach you in good condition.
Very occasionally a sub-standard product or a product that has been damaged during transit may reach you. If this occurs, please reject the damaged item or items, and ask the delivery company to return it/them to us. It is important to write on the delivery note the quantity and product that you have rejected and why you have rejected it. If any part of one individual package or box is damaged, then we ask you to reject the whole package or box (containing all the items) to return to us.
If you need to get a neighbour to sign for the delivery, please ask if they can check the perishable items in the delivery for you. If this is not possible, and you require the delivery to be left without being checked or signed for, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for claims of loss of the whole order or damage on perishable items.
Once we have received the damaged goods back from you, via the delivery company, we will credit you or replace the goods, free of charge.
We update our prices regularly, and the prices which apply will be those stated on the website at the time of order. Payment in British pounds sterling only.
Cancellation Rights :
For non-perishable items, there is a 7 working day cancellation period from the day following receipt of goods. Customers are required to send notice of cancellation in writing, by fax or email, and return the goods unopened and undamaged within 30 days. The return can be arranged by Flat Earth Foods, and will be charged at cost. A full refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
This cancellation period does not apply to our Frozen fruits.
BeYouTheFull Food Ltd aims for full customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, or any part of our service, then please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at: email@example.com. It will be dealt with within 10 working days.
We deliver directly to your door throughout the UK, via DPD Courier Company. The prices of our products include delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept orders for perishable items for UK mainland. For delivery further afield please call us on 07759203647 for a quote.
International Shipping – deliveries to whole Europe are available for a flat fee of £20 per parcel of maximum 30kg.
Due to the perishable nature of frozen acai pulp, we can only accept orders for it for UK mainland.
Parcels up to 2kg will be sent by standard mail. Parcels heavier than this will be sent by DPD Courier.
Delivery should take 3 to 5 working days within Europe and 5 or more days to the rest of the world. If your parcel has to clear customs in your country this may increase the delivery time.

Delivery outside of the European Union:
Please note that any items sent outside of the European Union may be delayed by customs and any extra customs charges may apply – We can`t take responsibility for any of those. If you have food in your parcel, this is entirely at your own risk as customs may not let this through.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, consumers have a right to cancel their order up to 7 days after they receive the goods for a full refund, but the goods must be returned in good condition, unopened and unused. Fresh foods such as fresh acai are excluded from this right to cancel. Business transactions are also excluded. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
